Warranty and Return

 

All our  products come with at least 3 months till 12 month warranty claim  (or longer period if explicitly mentioned).

The Warranty will Follow of Manufature or Local Warranty . (all Product before you purchase kindly to refer at Product Description .) 

 

Local Warranty (Econ Technology Product )  

1) Post Back the Product With the Warranty Card ( Econ Technology)  to Our Process Office 

2) When Receive , Warranty Service Department will Update for you the Warranty day take

3) After Receive from supplier warranty product we are contact you for arrange delivery to you . 

 

Warranty By Dealer 

If the Product is Mention in description warranty by Local Dealer , Buyer can direct contact Dealer for arrange warranty 

 

 

NOTE: 

If the product is deemed defect and needed for repairment, please send to us with trackable parcel shipment.

Please kindly insert a note in the return parcel indicating your fullname, address, handphone, email, defect description (as detailed as possible).

 

How to Sent to Warranty ? 

 

Warranty Under Local Famcart 

Please kindly email to famcart.com@gmail.com .  before you send the parcel to us.

You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our store, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased item(s) to us.

Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage. We recommend that you use a reliable courier service such as poslaju with parcel tracking services.

 

Warranty Under Manufature 

You can direct contact Manufature Company or send back to Famcart Office also available . 

 

 

 

 

Return Detail : 

 

We offer a 10 day return policy if your item is defective or damaged in transit. Please contact us and we'll gladly replace it for you or refund you if we are out of stock. For items in which there are no defects or errors made on our part, we must receive the item back in new condition in the original packaging.

 

For Return Issue : 

1) Wrong Items we sent

About the Wrong Item we sent  you can return for us the Item , and we will same day sent the item ( your order) for you . 

 

2) Product/Packaging Damage

If you receive the Product the Packaging or the Product damange, you can sent email for us about the Picture , and please sent back for us , and we will same day sent the item for you ( The NEW) 

 

3) It is within 10 working days from delivery date.

 

4) The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging along with the accessories and free gifts received with it.( excluding shipping damage issue) 

 

5) All sealed items must not be opened.
